To pass on a love of books and of reading is one of the greatest gifts that you can give a child. Reading time; whether they are reading to you or you to them, is a time to sit and cuddle up and have some quality one to one time. Not only that, it helps children in so many ways and it fuels their imaginations.
I love this picture. It is one of my early 366 project photos. My two beautiful boys snuggling up in their pyjamas bonding and talking about a rugby book.
